REPORT: Day in Sweihan with Tawalbeh 4/3/11

We all met on time and catch up with TurkishRider, Bluiser and Sean by the deflation point at Sweihan. Thanks my freind Haqan/TurkishRider for buying the charcol which really saved our BBQ plan because I forgot the packs in my other car

We started as scheduled and the level of drive get scaled up and up to Advanced level in some areas where everyone was doing so good and asking to keep going on this patern until some cars started to be stripped from unnecessary parts (like fenders, bumpers and some below parts......etc) then I had to go back to the original level of the trip in the last part. But I have to say that I am impressed about the driving skills and improvement of all...

Sean was my sweeper and I have to thank him for a great job . Sand Storm was the 2nd lead and did very well...Thanks Mohammed

We drove in areas within Sweihan then to Al Khaznah by the end of the day where some of us finished the trip and drove back home from there then we continued to Al Khatim offroading . Thanks Actros for sweeping this part.

Reached Al Khatim by sunset time where other group finished their trip there and the remaining had the BBQ time in a nice new area in Al Khatim where we stayed until about 11:00 Pm and was a great Mandi time, chat, laugh and amazing closing for this trip.

Unfortunately being sweeper meant noone saw my flag come off,pole and bracket too

Many thanks Ibrahim for a great day in the sand. The route was perfect and placed nicely at medium to high intermediate level with some advanced driving required in places.
Good group of drivers that understood each other well for the recoveries, pop out's etc.

Great job at the back from Sean who was never too far away in the H3
Mohamad (Sand Storm) - I have some good snaps of your Nissan 'nosediving' in various places
Bluiser - Yes the cruiser was definitely airborn at one point
Everyone else - great to meet you all
