March on the Beach -Trip Report

Would like to thank all who participated in the trip.
It was a wonderful and exploring trip. Thanks for the company guys.

Sorry for the people who register but did not turned up.
So only Me and Jacklyn left Abu Dhabi and Joined by Ahmed at Mafraq/sweihan Roud about.
By 12:00pm we Joineed by Doc and John from Dubai and Hit the Beach by 14:00hrs.
Follwed by Islam and Salem.

The weather was nice and pleasant. The Kids were first to test the water and by the time we set up the Tents , Some commenced fishing and some Just swim and relax.

There were no catch of the day, (Lucky next time) but the BBQ was nice.

The Next Morning we left and visited the Hot spring that wad Bone dry and Enroute to Muney we took the Mountain By-pass that took us over 1600 ft above see level. We turn from Fili Dam where again was bone dry toward Showkat dam and off course we did a bit short cut -off road sytle.
We pick-up Some Youths Scouts on our way to Showkat dam and drop them on the the junction to Muney.
The scouts were undersondition themselves for scouting fun in New Mexico (USA)

After that we split and heading way back home.

Hi Mpenzi,

Thanks to you and all the team for a really great trip. Relaxing on the beach and in the mountains was fantastic. The mosquitoes at Khor Kalba ate me alive and their bites are still driving me crazy 3 days later!!

it was my first trip with AD4x4 and we had a great time. really enjoyed the company and looking forward to many trips to come with you guys. thanks Mpenzi for organising the trip. let me know when u have another arrangement.
