ANIT in Dubai with Cherif report

we all met on time at 1 pm at outlet mall as well jo and tweety came .we went to al faqaa and started deflation with a quick briefing because of the hot weather . We started slowly, searching for easy smooth dunes for the ANIT (around 10). some new members got stuck but after demonstration on recovery were able to extract their cars. soon enough everyone were getting used to their cars and ventured into higher more difficult dunes. u all did great guys!
At the end we reached the Bbq point where jo gave an interesting briefing for the ANIT.

Thanks Cherif for a very nice trip, and an awesome track i've been only on few trips; but that one was the best so far.
Although i got stuck, I loved the fun of the high dunes & the dry, soft sand. after a while, i noticed that my tires were not deflated enough; thnx to faragallah we brought them a little more down which made my life easier afterwards

Thanks Sherif for organizing this ANIT. It was very successful - not only for learning but it was a fun-filled event. You made a very good briefing and instruction and overall management of the trip. Likewise, I would like also to express my special thanks to Jo for the presentation and remiders plus guidance during the trip - very powerful. Thanks to the rest (other seniors) of team who assisted us (being Newbies) - very good and encouraging. To our lady Marshal, Mam your dune bashing skill cought my attention, I salute you for what I've seen - I will encourage my wife to bring her to sand for a training someday. To my fellow Newbies thank you for the thoughts we shared. I look forward in meeting you in trips to come.

thank you Cherif for an excellent trip. It was my first time ever driving in the desert, but had so much fun. looking forward for future trips.
