Wasabi & Cybershot's Al Kathim trip report

Post by Cybershot »

We met at 13.00 on the road at 13.15 sharp. Fox1 and be cool did not show up!

After an short driver briefing we went on the very right side from the Brick Factory to Al Kathim. The first quarter of the trip went to an not so nice area with a lot of junk and left overs from camal farms. Then we hit some nice and long dunes. We did not crest much. More floting in the high dunes with an faster speed.

I myself had a lot of fun in my first leaded trip after quite an long time. ALL newbies did very well (nobody got stuck except me  )

Later we meet the other groups which ended up as well in Al Khatim with, Juergen, Sean and Frank.
Nice chat and BBQ at the club BBQ spot.

Thanks to Wasabi, Khatarina and Mike for your assistance and company

Well done Tobias, great lead indeed, always enjoyable and floating track very well suited for all drivers. Yeah, Al Khatim has some nasty small bowls, but that is part of the fun.

Its already a bit hot during day time, but the evenings are just perfect at the moment, not hot and not cold and it was great to enjoy the company of all 4 trips .....

Thank you all an cu next time,
