Yes, thank you everybody for a great week-end! Can't wait for the next time! By the way, the resort allowed us to do a late check out at 1600! Talk about enjoying the resort to the max!

Guy, thats what Qasr Al Sarab is all about: RELAX!

Ok, the drive is a must but the way we did (i.e. no broken HW, no sweat nor tears). Nice meeting the Bowl-grinders (Watheq and the Gang) and the look in their exhausted faces proofed how right our way is

Next trip to the resort will be in summer. No drive but only relax at the pool...

finally, i have some time for the report.

We met at the car Museum... Long drive to Qasr Al Sarab, especially with the strong wind in the face for the jeepers with soft top... But the closer we get, the less wind we had, and the weather happened to be perfect.

No comment about the resort. If you have not been there, this is a unique experience...

Mutasem was the first to have a blast (mainly his battery actually), so he was grounded along the pool...
We get our toys ready, and went for a nice easy drive around the resort. We heard the crazy team having some struggling not too far away, so we went there to share the laugh... it was a very soft area indeed, where everyone had some fun to reach the top... I showed to my friend how to get stuck in a bowl... then how to bet out a bowl (i think he still has sand in his hears) and Watheq open the play area prooving that no big bowl can stop him now that he masters his JK...
After a few hugs, viril kisses and sand exchange, we went back to our family pace trip, having fun following Jo blonde's way of driving...

We went back early enough to enjoy the swimming pool and the pool bar... we definitely have to built our own pool in Al Khatim!

Next day, a general agreement was made to give priority to the pool and we had a nap contest.

Thanks Jo for organizing the week end. It's a lot of works for the confirmation, and getting everybody abiding the commitment.

It was a real pleasure to spend time with all of you: Jo, Lia, Imad, Paul, Yann, Mutasem and to share with all our families more than just driving .

It was nice meeting all of you, although only for a short time.

......because, we were busy grinding bowls!
