Season opening FUN trip (int)

As planned we all met at Mahwi Adnoc and left in a huge convoy to Al Khatim south where two more Dubai members joined!

11:30 we reached the deflation point (44km from the BBQ point) and we split in two groups.
Abdoush had the pleasure to lead group two on his own spontaneous track to the party BBQ point.
Not to make his task too easy I decided to give him all heavy cars
Except one ... The Nissan armada stayed in group one where his excellent driver did an excellent job to maneuver the monster trough the highest Sweihan dunes and the tightest spots. Good job!
( well ... With a slight technical protest of the monster)
My group swept through the high and scenic (!!!) dunes with minimal stucks and no real problems.
Thanks to the second lead, the mid sweeper and the end sweeper ... (all marshals ... Five star support!)

5:20 we (group one) reached THE SPOT ... With a slight offset which mixed Islams ANIT trip up ... Sorry

Ps Agne: the error code thrown by your JK was 0562 ! Which is system voltage low! Get your battery checked ... Eventually the ground wiring as well

Shafik couldn't make the trip more difficult knowing that there is Armada behind him, so he had no choice but making it easy as possible.

Otherwise, if you join him with your Cherokee am certain you will enjoy his trip.

Driving a heavy car , I joined the second group with Abdoush for his first lead. Good job Kareem, you did a great job finding a nice track in that area with plenty of soft spots and leading us to the party. Looking forward to join you on more trips in the future.

thanks for bringing us on a new route .............. the most difficult and thrilling part of the trip (for me) was ................. when we had to make the last few kms to the bbq point, I was really lost !!!! ....... and of course when me and Stefano tried an "alternative" route for getting out of the sand in the night ......... we neeeeearly managed to spend a sleepover in the dunes out there ...... with a stuck ....... then found a Marshall (Urs) that lead out on the right path .......

Dunes are calling ....... hope to meet you again out there !!!

Dear All,
1st of all, i'd like to thank Chafik for giving me the pleasure of leading my last trip as Explorer and to thank you all for joining my/SSS trip, hope we will always see you at AD4x4 trips and events.

i know it’s too late to write a report, so I’ll just make the long story short, all did very well, we face some stucks here and there were we enjoyed it to the max

If i have 1 note it would be checking our gear before starting any trip should be a mandatory for ALL members regardless the level, else all was great and some nice pics were taken, I uploaded some to the gallery and for higher resolution please visit :
