Newbie - last relaxing sweihan cruise 2011 23 Dec - report

All met on time at the meeting point and we hit the sand 15 min later.
The Galloper is out of order so decide to go with my new xterra.

The Galloper is an off-road car and I felt the xterra is more a sallon car for the dessert.

We start in the smaller dunes hit the higher dunes like always. We had some minor stucks here and there.

I enjoyed the day out with you all, wish you who is celebrating happy xmass and all a happy / accident free new year 2012.

Thank you Frank for the nice trip - and also to the experimented members who did of course a great job.

The dunes and the winter sun were magics yesterday. The kids loved it.

As always it was a great pleasure to see new faces.

Thanks for the lovely trip, my first in Sweihan. I loved the dunes there and would surely want to do more trips there. It was great to interact with you, ammo, desertdawg and others over the barbecue.

Thanks to Urs for allowing my first recovery, that too I had the grand privilege of pulling out possibly the most famous car on AD4X4........ Frankenstien

A real "relaxing" cruise, especially fixing the pop out in a world breaking record time.

Nice route with good spices for coordinating between the grey mass and the foot.
