Sunrise in Sweihan Trip Report

The timing was just perfect. As we were ready for the sand, a huge fireball at the horizon provided some “extra light”.

Some drivers asked for extra challenges and practiced recoveries, and the young boys played with their coloured boxes. Good lessons learnt.

There were more tricks to be show and we had to try few of them. As a consequence we reached Ali’s Ghaf Tree a bit later than planned but enjoyed the “breakfast” and chat.

From here the back to civilisation was carried out speedily filled with some second tries.

I enjoyed a morning drive with good people. You all did very well.

Hi

Thank you for this very educative trip with a very nice track (a bit challenging for new newbie but all did well and the progress gained are huge).
Thank you also for having my mother as a passenger! She really enjoyed seeing everything from the front of the convoy and back for recoveries, even if it required an early wake-up to travel from Dubai to Sweihan this morning.

Loved to meet with known kind people and meeting new ones.

That is also a part of learning dear. As I learnt in the same trip a tip for safety that there is no place from where our dear marshals recover us so better to get stuck instead of having an accident
