Wadi - Friday 2nd Nov - REPORT

For our Rock Crawling, Exploring trip, we all met in Dubai, almost on time.

After short chat on the gas station we moved towards some Fossils, to feel that we are somewhere, where thousands of years was the ocean. Some nice sceneries, pictures, and lots of visibilities of hard rock crawling. But due to no spotters with us, we did not decide to do it. Yet maybe sometime we will play there…

From fossils we moved towards Wadi Sowka, with a stop on the way near Tomb of Maleha, that a construction with estimated age of 3000 Years. Once in Sowka, we had some fun in mud, water and rocks, followed by nice swim in the waterfall, free show from the arab’s showing how to destroy Toyota, trying to prove that they can also the there. Im happy that they’ve not rolled or dumped and oil pan - > but soon it will happen .

Once show finished, we had starter or BBQ, Shisha, Chat, Sandwich, etc. It was a nice day with lots of positive memories.


Sadly Shadi and Hangting, decided not to follow us for the last exploring part, and went back home after the fossils. . you guys missed lots of fun!



Thanks everyone who joined. Thanks Chief for coming the long way from Abu Dhabi to continue the exploration of the area.

Now its time for a new area to be explored

Thank you Serge for making the part two of Wadi Showka exploration. It was definitly a great place and very nice weather.

Lots of pics already uploaded.

Looking forward to future trips exploring more areas of that terrain.
