OffRoading in Swihan Report 1Feb2013

All members were in time waiting .... Where I've been late for 10min ... Sorry guys ....

We started our trip from an entry behind the gas station ... We had bad weather in the morning but nothing will stop us from having fun over the dunes .....

Glass was 2nd lead for half of the trip and then a and sweeper Dave took his place and then Marcco and so on
-V- took the lead for 10km and he did very well

We had great day ... All members did great following me ....we did a lot and we had experience with winching .. Many pop outs and More



Juergen was there to assist me as usual .... You are a star ....

We met all groups in BBQ spot and we had lots of fun with all members ......

Thanks Mood for organising this trip. It is always a pleasure to join your trips, as there is always someting new to learn. This time I learnt to know the very gentle side of your driving .
All the members did very well in different terrain, as they were given lots of explanations and chances for training. Also rotating the positions gave the chances to see the track and tasks that go together with the position from different point of view.
Well done and keep it up.

with Mood, the desert experience is different. although I have a low trip count, but so far the best trip i had with the club. very interesting. thanks mood and hope to see you again, all who were in the trip too.

Wow what a trip, a real unforgettable experience for me.

Mood, thanks for showing me what the FJ is capable of, I guess I need to give it's name more justice.

Juergen, thanks for your patience andd hope to join you and Mood again with improved performance as a result of the the experience gained from this amazing trip

To V, thanks for your guidance and pointers and to all the other members in the trip, a big thank you for cheering me up especially Rami, Marco, Ghass and Frastow.

Just to share with you all, I took Juergens and Frastows advice and stopped over at Sweihan to clean my tyres. Guess what - kilo of sand from each trye at least i reached home safely with a mental note to check my car thoroughly before each trip.
