Report - Nashmiyah ANIT Trip (Old School)

Hello All

What an amazing day with amazing people!

Our trip was extra special with 2 ladies (Scorpionita & Miso) leading ANIT & Newbie convoys through an amazing journey between Sweihan dunes.

We all met ON Time in Sweihan wedding hall after ANIT briefing conducted by Irfan we lined up towards deflation point to let the fun begin.

Here our compiled reports from myself & Miso

ANIT Report

ANIT Drive started with going through small dunes in Sweihan to let the members getting use to their cars and slowly we spiced up the trip by going through the dunes moving to different areas until we crossed the catch road to enter 2nd area & here Master Yehia joined our trip to sweep along with Elite Marshal Desert Ghost who joined our trip.
2nd lead was done by Irfan who did great and was able to lead the convoy for 2 times during the trip.

It was great to see all ANIT with excellent sense to fun Drive and able to follow the lead.

Zero stuck, few 2nd trails and lots & lots smiling faces.

We end up at BBQ point for another fun FOOD made by trio brothers of Al Hosani family Khalid, Tariq & Omar live cooking of sheep & rice with kabab starters offered by Bisho & finally the Kunafa made by Fidodido.

Thank you Hadeel for organizing such a great day. Everyone eneded up with a huge smile and we were all able to sit and enjoy the delicious food.

Newbie trip report :

We had our safety briefing in the deflation point where we discussed all the safety concerns related to the level. We were total of 9 cars. The convoy was set having Marie as my second lead and Omar Al Hosani as the official sweeper. We started dune bashing and the drivers did really well. We started slow and then moved a bit faster. We had a few second tries but all were perfectly managed. We were lucky to have 4 Marshals on board (Bisho- Shalaan - Tarek Al Hosani- Khaled Pharaoh) though the 4 of them were passengers, yet their presence and support made a difference. Thank you Marshals for being there.
We reached to Nagra were we had our big break there and on our way back Bisho and Ahmed Omar took part leads. We had to change the convoy order having Marie as the official sweeper.
Finally we all ended in the BBQ point where we met the other convoys and enjoyed our lovely dinner.
