This was lead #3 for me. It was another great day for driving. We started at 7:30 to avoid some of the heat and not have to get up too early. Our meeting place was the BBQ point in sweihan, and most everyone was there by the time I arrived at 7:30. Our trip had 3 marshalls supporting, Tompa Bjorka, Fido Dido, and Pharaoh.
Everyone deflated, put the flags up and met for the briefing. Fido Dido and Pharaoh had camped in the desert the night before, and were no where to be found. Perhaps they were delirous from spending the night in the 40 degree heat. I went through the safety briefing with the group under Tompa Bjorka's supervision. Everyone had been a few advanced drives, which allowed me to have more trust in their driving ability. The advanced drivers in our group were Falcon83, The Baron, Kamran, Serkan, and Kbhada45. After the briefing we played in the dunes near the BBQ point and waited for Fido Dido and Pharaoh to show up. I tried to assess the level of the riders by stopping and observing after we did a technical crest or drove along a side slope to make sure everyone was driving with good technique. I think my track was relatively easy and I did not see anyone struggling whenever I stopped to watch. There was one mistake where we stopped to wait in an area without much room near a bowl. Luckily we didn’t have a situation where multiple drivers got stuck in the bowl (although I almost got stuck in it when trying to get going again .
After playing for a little, Fido Dido and Pharoah showed up and we all met up and headed towards Nagara. We did some nice and easy playing along the way, trying some easy side cresting. We found an area with some higher dunes and stopped for a break. Tompa Bjorka got out his drone and took some nice video of us descending a crest.

Along the way, we had a minor stuck. In the US, the road workers are known for wearing their orange uniforms and standing around on the Job. It seems we have some of them here in the UAE

We proceeded to Nagara, and I indicated everyone could play at nagara. We had a situation were too vehicles were approaching the same crest on different sides of the dune at the same time. To avoid this happening in the future, I will advise the drivers that when they are playing at some place like nagara, everyone should move in a convoy to prevent a situation like that.
After that, everyone wanted to crest Nagara, so we went around back and went over the crest. I went first, so I don’t know how the others did, but everyone made it over except for one who got a popout at the top of Nagara!. Pharoah and Tompa Bjorka helped fix the popout in the full sun at 40 degrees. Thank you guys for bearing the heat!
After that we headed back to the BBQ, and made it back pretty quickly. Everyone did well, and I think everyone enjoyed the ride.
Thank you Fido Dido, Pharoah and Tompa Bjorka for supporting my drive. I think we all had a lot of fun and it was a good learning experience for me. See you guys out there next time!
