Report: Sweihan Newbie Drive Friday 20/3/20 PM

All newbies arrived on time and after briefing the drivers and setting convoy order 12 cars headed into the dunes, with Jonas as second lead, Tariq as sweeper and Expert Irfan and Marshal Khaled keeping a watchful eye on us all.

After a short warm-up period our intrepid newbies showed they were ready for skill development. Accordingly, we wound our way around the dunes through swoopy and technical sections with varying descents and climb. All the while the drivers showed willing and confidence while developing their skills. After a number of breaks and watching the antics at Nagra dune (from a safe distance) we headed back and arrived at the BBQ point at 6pm with smiles on our faces.

Well done to all the newbie AD4x4 drivers, and a big thank you to Irfan and Khaled , your support was invaluable.
