We all met well before time and were able to start the drive at 7 am. Emdoc had kindly shared waypoint near a still uncharted tree cluster and the aim was to reach the location.

I chose a flowing track with quite a lot of medium dune side cresting and some big dunes as well.

We didnt quite reach the tree cluster but sighted some good bowls for future endeavours. Waypoints have been saved!

Couple of stucks and one pop out later , we reached the sabkhas when my vehicle decided to go into limp mode and disable the throttle. A rare case of mechanical/electrical abnormality for Yoda tech and the error is being promptly tended to.

Thanks Thomas for coming to support braving the rising temps with a non compliant A/c.

Kudos to Bishar. Happy to see the progress you are making with each drive.

Till next time..

Thanks Ajesh, it was a great (FJ) trip. Track was good and nice to explore some new areas of Bu Tais. Bishar, you did really well, only few advance drives but you take the right decisions and have good control. As mentioned, my AC gave up already in the morning when leaving Abu Dhabi. First hours was ok, but driving home in 42 degC it got really hard. In addition, managed to get a puncture, It’s time to go to Mussafa again, this sport is hard on the cars and drivers, but well worth it :)
