We all met around 7 AM at Sweihan BBQ. After deflation split in two convoys, an ANIT and a Newbie. Mark lead the ANIT, with me as 2nd lead and Kharadly as support in the back. Kevin (petro) took the newbies and led a separate convoy.

After proper ANIT brief we took off with Mark as the lead, progressing nicely though to the power lines, a few second tries and a recovery on the way. Made some breaks and further brief/feedback on the way. Then heading in to the bigger dunes towards the Nagra. We did not make it all the way to Nagra but almost . Some more second tries, breaks, further deflation and we headed back towards inflation point, which we reached around 11 AM, same time as newbies returned.

Well done by the ANITs, hope you enjoyed and see you soon again as Newbies. Thanks Mark for taking the lead and Kharadly for support in the back.

Wildlife spotted: Lots of camels. One lizard.

Thanks Thomas for allowing me to lead. Couple lessons learned. Really nice ANIT briefing. They really had a nice time. Sweeper Kharadly was great at giving advice and helping with stucks. Good group. I think we challenged them for sure but not too much.
