Lead & Sweep: Friday am

Great leaders and Sweepers: Zak, Ahmed, Mikkel, Fawas & John.
Supporting Marshals: Omar Kid, Emdoc.

Instructions were given and control was handed over to the leads to choose the level of the trip, who would be their sweeper and and the convoy order. Each lead had approximately 30 minutes in charge of their mini-trip and at the end of each trip we stopped for a break and give a chance for all to discuss the lead and track and to provide feedback before starting the next part of the drive.

A good morning out with each lead showing his own style, choice of track and convoy management. It was good to see our budding marshals in action. The only misfortune was a clogged air filter near the end of the morning that prevented one lead from completing the mission but apart from that minor hiccup, all in all a very good day out.

Thanks to Marshal Omar for keeping a careful eye on all and providing very useful advice and tips to all during the feedback sessions.
