Due to a last minute change, I took over the trip from Pharoah and also got additional support from Marshal Emdoc which helped us in splitting the convoy into two.
This trip report is for my convoy and Marshal Emdoc will post a trip report separately.

Our convoy had new intermediate drivers with 2 or less intermediate drives.
We started off slow through the smaller dunes past the farms and as the drivers started showing more confidence, the complexity of the track was increased. We tried sloping on different dune faces and followed a slightly faster track pace.
While the area is still bumpy and good roller coaster track typically ended with shrubs and bumps, we were able to still cover a good length in short time to reach the tree cluster by 5 pm. After a brief break, we headed towards the pond and wrapped up with some more driving on the way back to inflation point by 5.45 pm with 50 km of driving.
We had very few stucks and second tries and I was impressed by the skills shown by our new intermediate drivers and everyone did well.

After arranging the convoy, we set off to the Khazna trees at a medium pace riding up and down the dunes steadily increasing the height and length of side slopes to live up to the name of the trip. After a break and a chat at the trees we picked up the pace and rollercoastered back to the inflation point.
Having a good mix of vehicle types added to the fun with each driver testing their control skills across the varied and sometimes bushy terrain. In general all drove well with only a few stucks and second tries on route.
A good way to spend the afternoon.
