Thank Isham and Hadi for organising the trip, it was a great afternoon in the sand.

Once our convoy was collected we set our positions and set off. We warmed up , on what was already a hot afternoon, in the dunes between gate 12 and the power lines to assess skill level and a develop convoy flow before heading to more open dunes on the way to Nagrah. Having built up a rhythm we crossed the gatch and began side-sloping and ascending and descending the cleaner dunes around Nagrah, making sure to stop for refreshments and to chat. Unfortunately, the heat of the day, causing one of  cars to overheat called time on the trip and we dropped the pace and headed back to the inflation point arriving around 6pm, but still very happy with the afternoon's drive.

Everyone did well, with good car control and safety first driving. Thanks to Mikkel for a good 2nd lead, Paul for good communication at the back, Maher and Ahmed for showing good developing skills and  well done to our newest intermediate, Dion, on his first drive at the level.

Always a pleasure Michael.
I've done quite a few trips with you, but this is the first time you allowed me the coveted 2nd lead position, usually reserved for Jeeps in your convoys .

Well done to all the drivers, and great communication from Paul.

Thanks Michael for leading a great trip. I was a bit nervous about the first intermediate trip in a stock Pajero but your warm up and guidance on as spot on. The convoy was a good group of guys too.
