We started the drive to the West of the pylons track navigating our way around the very big dunes there, and slowly made our way to the East of the track and keeping the sun at our backs. Everyone made very good progress and the convoy kept flowing up despite a few 2nd tries and self recoveries. Only 2 recoveries one of them being mine and in a very bad location, thankfully support was on had to help. Everyone was back to the tarmac safe and sound before the weather got too hot to stand outside.

Big thank you to Micheal for organising the trip and the support and advice to all of us throughout. Thanks to Nick and Shaju for their support and also to our special Guests Fadi and Suhaib.

Thanks Zac, it was a nice and well directed trip in an area I didn't know.
It's a real pleasure to surf together.

A well crafted lead in a lesser visited area of Sweihan. All the intermediates did well and it was great to see old friends in the sand.
