We met in time at the Bu Tais Gate 13:30 h in the afternoon, weather was very nice. After deflating and safety & trip briefing we headed South on the gatch road for a few km then left towards East.
The medium sized dunes in this area turned out to be quite technical and tricky and after a while we decided to turn South again.
After crossing two Sabkhas and playing in the bowls between the larger dunes we took a rest at the Tree dune. From there we went back to the gatch road and finished the trip at 17:00 h.
We had lots of fun and the 3 intermediate driver did very well. We had 2 stucks and a couple of second tries.
