31st am intermediate Arabian Nights

We met at 09:00 h in the beautiful morning sun close to the Arabian Nights village. After safety & trip briefing we headed straight into the dunes to the right of the gatch road leading West towards Razeen road.

We soon crossed the gatch road to explore the other side where I have never been before. The area features small and medium dunes which are rather technical to drive. Few open spaces and few slopes to practice side-sloping.

The sand was in places very soft and we experienced a few stucks, a number of second tries and a pop-out which was quickly fixed.

We finished the trip as planned 12:30 h at the gatch road.

Thanks in particular Martin for being a solid second lead, Tim for being the sweeper with excellent communication skills and Sunet for keeping an eye on us.
