Sweihan intermediate night drive 7/5/22

We met 18:30 h at Sweihan BBQ. It was the first night drive for 2 of the drivers. The temperature was very pleasant compared with the heat of the day.

After trip & safety briefing, focusing on the particularities of a night drive, we headed towards the East warming up in the smaller dunes. After passing the gatch road we continued our trip almost reaching Naghra.
After an extended break we started on our way back, passing the gatch road and eventually finishing the trip shortly after 22:00 h at Gate 12. Jean took the lead all the way back.
We had no stucks but a few second tries and a semi-recovery pulling a car away from a big bush.

Special thanks to Gerhard for second lead, Vaughan for sweeping, Jean for taking the lead on the way back and Amr and Khalid for their support and re-assurance.
