Intermediate night drive Al Faya 26-05-2022

Everyone arrived on time. After a briefing on safety and night driving techniques we set off to have fun.

The team consisted of :

Myself "John" Leader
James** pajero (Second lead)
Adam** Prado
Glenn** FJ
Vaughan** Jeep (Sweeper)
and the pleasure of having the support of Marshal Thomas.

We set off in daylight on a technical area and were soon stopped by two stucks which took us a while to sort out, thanks Thomas.

It was a nice night run, but you have to be careful with the rocks in this area. We continued to play the dunes at a good pace and had a long tea break at around 8pm. On the way back Thomas took the lead and found a very smooth route back to the starting point. One last little stuck before the finish and everyone was home safe.

Everyone was very well and safe on this overnight trip.
