Saturday Skills Session 13/8/22

Due to some last minute withdrawals, the drive was down to a trio of drivers to adventure across the dune ranges of Bu tais.
We started in the smaller dunes of the region to warm up but once we developed a rhythm we soon started to move to the larger dunes and began to flow from one bowl to the next climbing and sloping from dune to dune. With a few breaks on our way, we managed to cover just under 80 km in 3 hours.
The sand was soft, the weather was good and the team did very well with the challenges of the day. There were few second tries, no stucks, but a lot of fine driving. Very well done to Michael on his return to the sand, great sweeping and a solid part lead byTim.
A thoroughly enjoyable morning indeed.
