Marshal Khalid, Amr & Explorer Paolo were in the second convoy with all the experienced newbie who had more than 7 Newbie drives.
All those with less than 6 newbie drives were with myself, Marshal Kamran, Irfan, Adiga & MegaMoe.
Briefing started at 230 PM. The drive finally started at 245 PM one hour later than the advertised/ scheduled time.
Convoy order was as follows:

* Ali Raza - Montero
*Sharpe - Wrangler
*** Nanda - Prado - Sweeper

***** Marshal Irfan - Out of convoy
***** Marshal Adiga - Out of convoy
***** Marshal Hanadi - Out of convoy
***** Marshal Mega Moe - Out of convoy
We started after the flat gatch and headed towards Sweihan. We started relatively easy so that everyone could get a feel for their cars. After a while we increased the level and started to do some nice sharp straight crests. There we multiple stucks and recoveries. There were so many recoveries that we lost count after a while.
But thankfully we had sufficient support and all of them played a vital role in assisting and mentoring the junior drivers in mastering this act of straight cresting. 
We took multiple breaks and enjoyed this amazing weather. Towards the end we came back to the flat gatch area and met with the second convoy. From there some of us headed out back to the deflation points and some otehrs stayed back in for a chit chat and BBQ.
All in all it was a great day in the sand. We all had fun and learnt some new skills. Thank you to all the Marshals that joined and supported this drive.
