Dxb Advance 101

Post by MustafaHabash »

We were not a single second hesitant to drive today morning considering the weather conditions. The sand was tricky, soapy, and slippery. But we had lots of fun and performed excellently despite the mentioned factors. Nevertheless, badayer being badayer, the sand was extra bumpy and broken today as it was extremely wet.

We practiced all the necessary skills, and more, expected from this trip. Thank you so much team for a wonderful morning.

1. Mustafa; Lead
2. Andrei; second. Welcome back man. Superb driving as usual

Thank you Mustafa. It was the first experience for me in this rainy weather on the sand. It was very nice.

Thanks Mustafa for putting this trip together despite the British weather we had on Sunday morning 😂

I hadn’t driven in a while on wet sand and certainly never as advance.

Great practice as you said, very interesting to do the switches with the mix of compact/ soft sand density.

My take aways: on the wet ground be proactive in shifting gear down earlier to keep that extra torque at disposal for the climbs and also equally important, be ready to easy off the accelerator when you feel the car got the traction grip back.

Really great drive, chukran.
