It was nice to be back on the sand with some Newbies, always a fun day out. We had a big turnout of 17 cars and Tim and I split the convoy with support from the intermediates and advance. We did a combined ANIT safety briefing covering "almost" everything.
We set out into the dunes between Razeen station and arabian nights village, its a perfect area for driving and camping, untouched and not too technical for newbies or intermediates. Once everyone had got the feel for their cars we practiced some straight crests and with our first stuck also a recovery. Alot of fun for all of us.
With good time we returned to the gravel track and prepared for an idylic iftar.
