Just arrived after a long day on the road.....
Sand rocks and water......all a jeep needs . Five cars left Al Madam fiilling station at 11:30h heading to Marlboro dunes,
Dino rock and Khadra pools. Even small time outs could not stop us.
Hope to see you all soon again for the next adventure. Thank you Urs for bringing the people to Dubai and for the good coffee
Maricar and I just arrived home in AUH The trip was just gr8 Best 4x4 experience so far with the club. As mentioned, soft sand, t-rex, wadi and water. Can't ask for more. Thanks to Tweety, Jo and Urst for good support on this trip. I even got to do a recovery to help our new friends. And Urst I will make sure I get a 100pct certified snatch strap

We did a 1 1/2 day tour in less than a day. So much to the speed
The fun-part was driving in short, soft sanded dunes on high speed without deflation, crowned by an uphill run to the malborro passage. The king (i.e. the only one who made it up without deflation) was Meinich. Well done Thomas! 8)

Wüstenfuch, Meinich and Me could leave Abu Dhabi b4 the agreed time for meeting with Marshalina Tweety and Jo in Al Madam after the 1 1/2 hour drive.
With high tire presseure, high gear and high speed (no real time to rock the dunes with high pressure) we reached the Marlboro dunes. Well done guys and the top was to reach the top of the dune with high tire pressure. The only master today was Thomas :bravo: :bravo:.
Nice red and soft sand paired with a fantastic scenery was rewarding the drive. The crowning finish was the stop by the Khadra pools.
