AD4x4.com is really proud to congratulate Extreme and his team (Extreme Performance) who took part in the Second National Race at the Yas Marina Drag Race event on 17 December 2010.
Jeeps took part in the 10.5 second class and the 11.5 second class - see below for the exact details:
The JEEPs:
1- 10.6 1/4 mile 426+Extreme Performance Turbo
2- 10.7 1/4 mile 426+Extreme Performance Turbo
3- 11.9 1/4 mile Stock 6.1L+ Extreme performance Turbo
4- 12.0 1/4 mile stock 6.1L+Vortech
5- GTR R35 Stock all around (base line for now)
All of the Jeeps had modified trannys and stock rear ends and the race was for 10.5 index, 11.5 index, and 13.5 index. In total, there were about 50-60 cars taking part, and the fastest managed to make 10.0 sec. All the cars were street cars with no nitrous enhancements.
And now the important bit - Extreme and his team won as follows:
1st place in 10.5 index
3rd place in 10.5 index
1st place in 11.5 index
2nd place in 11.5 index
