It is a common practive now to inform you about our previous year activity. So, be aware that in 2011, the Marshals / Explorers of AD4x4 have led:
- 17 ANIT
- 100 Newbie trips
- 113 Intermediate trips
- 30 Advance trips.
Hence, a total of 260 announced trips, therefore an average of 5 trips a week...
As a reminder, in 2010, we "only" had 204 trips done, so great improvment.
We wish first to thank all the marshals/explorers who have made this possible last year. Don't forget they are all volunteers and enjoy sharing their passion of the desert with you for FREE!
We also take this opportunity to announce the 3 best Marshals of the year 2011, based on the number of trips organized, but also on the commitment in the club life: First: Tawalbeh with 23 trips, involvment in NCIMA project and Takatuf project
Second: Urister with also 23 trips
third: Cherif with 21 trips...

Finally, to spice up the life of the marshals (as if they needed this), we announce the opening of the Yearly marshal appreciation reward for the year 2012.
based on the following:
- open to marshals and explorers
- For qualifying trips only, i.e. must be announced in advance on the forum, and follows the rules of the Club.
- 5 points for ANIT, 4 for newbie, 2 for intermediate, 1 for advance.
- 5 points for events participation, this is the return job from the marshal to the club.
- if trip is shared (2 marshals, 1 marshal/1explorer), point to be divided in between the 2. No more than 2. Must be clear at announcement post.
- Marshal mentoring Advance, all points goes to the Marshal.
- from 1st january to 31st december.
- The Marshal with the most point will be declared the Marshal of the year.
