*Keeps accurate Minutes of meetings.
*Records all motions and decisions of meetings.
*Keeps lists of attendance.
*Keeps lists of Board Members (SC), committees and General Membership.
*Attend all relevant meetings from different committees (Board, Management, Media & etc.)
*Records all corrections to Minutes.
*Follow up on actions & progress on the Minutes.
