I can see that ladies are too excited to drive and enjoy the desert .. Last year we introduced the Lady marshal program .. 3 ladies requested, Jax was the only one who continued and others appologized for personal reasons ..

Now we have 2 Ladies Marshals only in the club Jax and Smiley ... Who want to be next?

Ladies get ready and we will help ... We are not Men Only Club and we are welling to teach you everything we know about offroading

Those who want to get into the program, please pick up any Marshal to be your God Gather / Mentor and take you all the way to be a Marshal in AD4x4

When they stop changing the "rules" to suite then i will consider the opportunity.

However i would thoroughly recommend the program for any ladies in the club (that dont have my strong opinions) you dont have to be experienced, as far as i am aware you can be a newbie, and with the right instruction you could fast track nicely through the ranks

Good Luck

Tutan,

Rules are man made just like any company rules etc, hence the continuous and ongoing improvement is part of the management role. Hence the change.

We are always open for constructive comments and recommendations for enhancements, however, what appeals to some may not have the same strength to the club management due to the vision and the information we have which may not be revealed to all members.

Again and again, a Marshal is not an off-road rally driver, but rather our embassador in the desert with the club members joining her/his trip. Management, organisation and communication skills with the true club dedication are the key factors for marshal profile.

Ah yes, good Point Chief Khaiwi

Ok, so another suggestion may be that Marshalls approach people that they think have the potential to be Marshalls, some of the newbie and intermediate ladies may think "oh surely i dont have the potential for such a role" they may just need a "kick start" so to speak from a marshall to say actually why dont you put your name forward.

Sometimes those that are initially shy from such responsibility do end up being excellent leaders.

Thank you Tutan for being understanding and not taking my reply personal against you.

That's a good idea! We truly need some reinforcement.
I can make some training trips if needed.
