Real ECU mapping / individual chiptuning

Hey guys
I was looking in Abu Dhabi for somebody who is able to do real engine mapping. Unfourtunatly everybody is working with piggy backs, which are very limited in adjustment. Actualy it just mulitiplies the incoming signal with an certain factor. Real ECU mapping means to extract the original ECU file, optimize it and flash it back to the ECU. (No Moroor inspector can find this out ever!). The open file has milions of options to tune and the increase of Hore Power specialy with Diesel and turbo engines are awesome. The 2.0L TFSI in the Golf GTI and TT etc. are easily and reliable to get from 200HP to 260 HP. No Piggyback can even come close to this.
Question now:
1, Is there in Abu Dhabi already somebody who can do real individual ECU mapping?
2, Do you think it would be intersting for guys in Abu Dhabi to get additional HP via ECU mapping?
I am realy tempted to get my flasher equipment down here, since I can not find any competitor for this branche.
