This year’s edition of the Al Hilal Auto Festival kicks off tomorrow at Abu Dhabi’s Corniche Road next to the beach parking area. The organizers are expecting up to 35,000 people to visit the unique ‘open market’ with 300 cars from 30 different makes available over the four-day event.
Buyers will be offered financing at profit rates from 2.49% as long as they have the right documents such as bank statements, passport and valid ID and will be able own a new car within the day.
As well as displays from local car dealers there will be a police parade (wonder if the Abu Dhabi police will bring its new SLS police car!), car fashion show and a children’s play area as well as other entertainment. It will be open to the public daily from 4pm to midnight.
