After the "Camel No 5" incident, I needed to replace my back number plate, and having been stopped by the police twice in two days, decided that I should probably do it today.
Went off to Mussafah to the vehicle registration place and then to the licence plate factory, and now have a compact new number plate.
Once back at the office though, I realised that I dont have the registration sticker that is usually on a number plate which shows when the registration is due for renewal. I went back to the plate factory but they said I didnt need the sticker.
Is this true? Do I need to get a new sticker, or is it enough to carry the car registration card at all times in case I get stopped?
If I do need a new sticker, where would I go to get one?
Thanks in advance.
