If you have worked in Europe/UK did you know you can transfer your pension/s offshore? Clients will generally do this for one or more of the following reasons:
•Tax advantages
•No mandatory requirement to purchase an annuity
•Ability to pass on your pension fund to your beneficiaries - many pensions cease once you pass away
•Greater amount of investment choice eg capital or income guaranteed options
•Access from age 55
