Dear Bankers ( i know we have a lot here)

Im trying to get a nice loan, without d/p. Car Finance.

Yet there are some issues, that is not getting it approved so easy.


If any of you can help me out - please let me know, ill describe the picture in details

All the rules changed since May 2011 by central bank (new circular), but you can do something smart by increasing the car value with 20% to cover the down payment of the bank then when the cheque issued for the beneficiary/vendor you can get back the 20% deference.

This is what was tried to be done. Bun Standard Chartered did not get it accepted. Now Agency is trying trough other banks. Yet meanwhile im also trying to get some solution

pay the 20% down payment by credit card and get your loan from ADIB they will give the 1st 3months without instalment in this time you can pay for your credit card

You can do it easily through Dubai Islamic Bank

try HSBC AMANAH isalmic finance with 2.49% and no downpayment ,,i dont know if the offer still there

Get a personal loan for the full amount of the car, buy the car in cash and pay the loan in 48 months.

I work in UNB, we can give you upto AED 1 Million wit 6.5% REDUCING Balance rate thats like 3.5% rate

Have to try with DIB.

Got 95k from ADIB - but that is not enough.

They are very strict with 40% of sal and not more. I got other car loan on my account. But thats just about 1100 P.M.


Islam - can you get me a car loan instead of personal with your bank?
