......and to be fair to Al Jazeera GPS shop (near the large fish souq at the mina) - they gave me a discount too when I said i was with AD4x4 when I got a GPS from them, and that was after they had written up the invoice so it was a genuine discount......so cheers to AD4x4

Dont want anything from AEV after wht they did with me when they new that im AD4x4 member...........................

Wow ... strong wind blowing here against AEV!
As much as I like to taunt around, maybe the board isn't the right place to do this.
I personaly have only good expiriance with AEV and I am happy to get an other shop to AD where I can get stuff from my whishlist without ordering / shipping from the states.
To compare prices everybody can check at Quadratec first, before visiting any shop.
And yes, the deal made from the commitee of AD4x4 with Western Motors is extraordinary and a big advantage to all club members.

WM ... they have ad4x4 discount & ad4x4 Marshals discount we see it we feel it...
yesterday I was at Supercarz... same ad4x4 special price... just go there for a service.. after they give you the price... say i am ad4x4..

in other term what Desert Hawk is saying hapend to me in WM
after arguing for discount they agreed on a percentage which was not that much
then i played AD4x4 card unfortunately i lost and they refused any extra discount
in some cases Gladiator is wright
and it happened at ARB
i concluded that it is something chaotic not related any fix rule
and its upon manager or salsman mood

I went down to dubai and went to the AEV shop, the guys there told me that they're trying to open this week.
renovations are done and only merchandising is left.
lets hope they actually have things in stock... cuz they never do.
