Mac, Seriously if someone really need it from AD4X4 i will go lower than the price i mention above.....The most important to me the tenants not the price....i ads my property here because i know what kind of people are here and all of them are one family.....i can easy give it to one of property management company and the get any tenants as i said it's offer from me direct to ad4x4 members not to all Abu Dhabi people......there are many people contact me i told them i can go lower if you are serious as long you hold AD4X4 tag

Fahid, calm down my friend neither one of us said you cant ask whatever price you want. Our comments were based around the current market price for villas on Al Raha. If you can get the price you want then I am very happy for you, but neither one of us wants to see you left with an empty villa. I also have no doubt what so ever that if someone from the club wanted the villa then you would give them a fantastic deal.
