Welcome Nahhash,
the RR-Sport is not realy made for the sand-stuff. It is a SUV with real 4x4 ancestors. Of course you can drive from A to B or go on a camping trip with your family in the desert,,, but thats it. Forget playing or doing the hard-stuff...Too low, to expensive for repairs...
Keep your hands off the Jeeps ( I know I will get shot for this). Being used to the LR-comfort it will only get you angry... My suggestion: Stay in the LR-family. Get yourself a Discover-I or -II (do not go for LR-II or -III) pimp it up with some mods and 'njoy...
Ah, forgot to mention: Selling my Discovery 8)

Before it was Nissan or Heeps... and now we have Rams...
You Heep drivers never learn. Bigger IS better. Plus you need us to pull you out of trouble and to be your refueling station in the middle of nowhere. Careful... those horns hurt...
Respect
Guys wait until we meet in Liwa.... my Dodge_ram is ready now to dodge or tow heeps lolzz

Extreme :
I believe i could fly... i believe i could touch the sky...
and not being stuck on the top of a crest like a very very very long DR Base.... Power is nothing if your tyres are not touching the ground...

jumping is good, the problem is the landing. Take care, drive safe, learn, don't be too optimistic, and i'm sure, you will do miracle with the DR.
still very very very long base...

Thanks a lot for your advice, better then to accelerate buying a car for this purpose. Have to wait then
Dodge_Ram, sure will not follow your advice as 2 Rams will not leave any space for more attendents. We'll be offroading aloan then, no toys to RESCUE us
