this is a pretty useful way of getting a tire back on the bead if it pops off due to over deflation. You need lighter fluid inside the tire first which is denser then air and then can be ignited with a match, doesn't have to be the flash way in the video. Wheel pops straight on the bead and hey presto. Technique used by several armies, mainly in the artic, for solving this problem. Even works with hairspray beleive it or not!!! (Don't ask me how I know that!!!???!!!)
