Anyone has changed the wrangler head lights to a stronger one, xenon or stronger bulbs ? The stock ones are weak, when i drive in roads with no lights its difficult to see at night.
I once tried 100w bulbs, but i was told it might cause some other electrical problems. The xenon kit i saw costs around 1500 dhs and im not sure if these are the ones i see around, those are very annoying to others, police might stop if they see you.

My stock head light r really good but after the adjustment, if u did any lift u must re adjust the lights, Xenon r not bad also if u have the money to spend ,BTW I prefer to give the money to our poor friend FearUAE after he moves to the new house he is totally broke
Life is too Short, nothing to argue about, specially with closed minded

The stock headlights on my erangler are quite good, I decided not to upgrade to xenon,HID or anyhting that might also attract nice people with uniforms and flashlights on their cars

2007 Wrangler Shara
Hi to all..
New to your form, but not new to 4x4 ing .
Im considering the purchase of the 2007 Wrangler Sahara, Manual.
Just wonder if anyone has any comments on this car?
My intention is mainly to follow you guys / gals around the dunes, but it will also do a considerable amount of pavement driving.
Also wonder about what options a seasoned 4x4er would consider. It comes with the 3.8:L V6 ( 153 kw) about 200 hp i think.
Any comments on the hard top vs the soft top?
Thaks in advance,

Welcome to the club Neilb767,
Please introduce urself in the chit chat section.
I have not personally had the chance to drive the new wrangler, however, I see it doing great with our club members even without any mods. Mainly you should consider trimming some plastic parts from the lower area near the bumpers.
The hardtop or soft top is an option from Dubai dealer while Abu Dhabi "Western Motors" will always sell it with hardtop and the customer wil pay extra for softtop if he decides to. I would vote for the hardtop to keep u cool during extreme hot season, also the new Wrangler' hardtop is three pieces.
All the best in what you buy and look forward to see you on the sand.
