I think this refers to on road accidents and photographs from passers by (rubberneckers!) rather than what we has been suggested here. And as yet no-one has mentioned sharing of photographs, only details of how, when, where and why.

We are not lawyers Sara ... And you don't know what could happen from whom ... And what law could put us all in trouble ... If we have a lawyer here in a club, we need a legal opinion
