Members upgrades

That's a good idea and will start from the next trip. Thank you for the suggestion.

Marshals, can we take note of this and start instructions from the next trip please?

I did this 2-3 weeks ago with help from Urs, Avan and Yehia on a newbies trip in Khatim, everyone benefitted from the instruction, the hardest part was intentionally getting stuck

I will try and do this on all of the newbie trips when possible, it is the only way to learn.

I am not saying we need to get stuck all the time but when the opportunity comes and there is a stuck - Carpe Diem and call in the Newbie cavalry. Otherwise we can ask Adiga to take part as he is very good on intentional stucks. That man is a PRO.

Just wait till you get upgraded to Marshal by then you get access to marshals forum and you can get the remcomendation the way you like

Well, nothing easier than that: If you want, I can PM you my bank account on Cayman Islands, a Ferrari Testarossa (1995) would be great or just book me a weekend in the Al Bustan in Muscat

Serious, the Marshals are continously monitoring the performance and behaviour of the members attending the trips. Based on this observations the recomendation will happen. But it is not like school teacher conference. It is like friends and family seeking the best for each other.

So don't worry Omar, I am watching you

I just noticed that I have been upgraded and received a second star

I like to thank all of you that have helped me and supported me and also laughed with me during all these trips.
