but most importantly what did he do wrong in ur opinion?
1. He was fast.
2. He hit breaks when he was in the air.
3. the people assisting the cresting didnt even bother warning the guy.
4. misjudge from the driver by not knowing the car capabilities.

additionally,
- he was not wearing seat belts
- he obviously did not survey the unknown terrain before cresting
- he had no communication/contact to his buddy on the crest
Good thing: It was an Ambulance with all 1st aid kit onboard
:hat:

This man didn't know, when to get his foot from the gas pedal.
The man sitting on the dune-top had no clue what so ever.
It's very often like this, some people only have in mind not to get stuck, so they compensade their bad driving skills with speed only.

my dear some of the dunes are really have a very sharp end, crossing it very dangers for long wheels base ,
this car remaind me about my old short cruiser, i can access all places very easly .
but when driver trying to cross this big sharp end dune he should slow down and drive fast
so my self i will let my car get stock, and never drive this way
