Hello, I am new to the CLUB. Any idea on how the LR3 performs on the desert dunes? I am quite excited to try it at some poin, but thought I ask your experience first. Cheers, H

Welcome to the club Hatem. You are the first Land Rover in our club. I didn't see any LR3s yet in the desert, but I believe it will be a good car. Come with us to a Newbie trip, Khaleej Time, Camping or Gulf News try it there, those are easy routs. Just make sure it has towing points front and rear.

Hi Hatem,

Welcome to the club man, actually I saw a couple of LR3's driving in the desert, they're very good vehicles, don't worry man you have a monster just hit the dunes and don't worry.

Hatem wellcom to the club
The car is design for these conditions and as Megamoe said One of our friend tested it from here to Salalah Oman and it perform well.

You just need to take it easy and learm to drive it slowly. Dont be tempted to rush or do the jumps.

The trips here are organised in such that you learn the skills as you progress.
See you soon
