Important Notice to all members

Today, I was really annoyed with several phone calls from members asking me about meeting point of a trip or the phone number of the trip leader or if they can join a trip ... PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU NEED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT A TRIP, CONTACT THE TRIP LEADER NOT ME ... I never lead trips and never get involved in the route or meeting points and I am not a telephone directory ... All the information you require are clearly mentioned on the website .. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT RECORDING THE TRIP LEADER PHONE NUMBER WITH YOU ..

Hope this is clear to everybody .. Frankly, I was very annoyed with the number of phone calls and SMSs I received today

If I have a beautiful secretary, then I don't want to be bothered at all, I will switch off my mobile and her's as well

Well, i don't mind people calling me asking me some advices, but calling to ask about waypoints and phone numbers, that's really annoying, if you were in my place yesterday, you will understand what I am talking about.

I am always online, so when she want to read something, she come and sit beside me .. in another way, Ia m controlling what she read and what not to read

The number I am using i sthe club number and it is open for emergency not for phone directory service

Boss......... you have to add it to the AD4X4 indemnity and declaration form...............As a condition

By registering for this trip you have read, understood and accepted/agreed to the AD4x4 Indemnity & Declaration. You Are Not Allowed to Call Iguana.............
Follow the instructions of the Marshal(s)……..Drive to your own capabilities……Do not join the trip if the timing does not fit in with your plans……..Only take passengers/children if YOU feel it is safe to do so.... Children to be in rear of vehicle using seat belt or approved child seat.... Children are not allowed to be in vehicles during any " Play Time" and will be separately supervised.
Strict convoy discipline WILL be maintained at all times……Free Play and showing off is NOT allowed unless under the guidance of leading Marshal in a safe designated area……Stay clear of recoveries unless you are requested to assist…… The only people allowed to drive outside of the convoy are Marshals for assessment purposes.
FAILIURE TO ABIDE WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT FIRSTLY WITH A VERBAL WARNING & IF REPEATED YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM FURTHER TRIPS FOR A PERIOD DECIDED BY THE COMMITTEE.
These rules have been implemented for everyone’s safety. Remember we are here to have safe fun and enjoy our time in the desert with AD 4x4.
