1" Wheel Spacers wanted for 2000 TJ
Before I order some wheel spacers from UK ( Where they are much cheaper than here!!) and bring them back with me in May.
Just wondering if anyone has any here that they are selling for a good price, I am looking for 1" (25mm Hub Centric type)
Thanks.

Dear Mac,
please be careful to buy known quality spacers ... the cheap stuff could give you a real headache.
I recommend the blue spidertrax 1.25 for the TJ
HUB/WHEEL CENTRIC ... top quality finish ... quality hardware (even the loctite is supplied)
and the set of FOUR is about AED 1100 ($300) here (AEV,ICON, RAMY) ... quadratec will charge $200 plus shipping and they are NOT light! (I had them sitting for over a year in their original packing and sold them 4 weeks ago for AED 900 ... )
1" seems to be impossible because the spacer has to be same as or slightly thicker than the length of the original lugs on the hub ... or you might need to grind them down. Then you need enough material between the mounting nuts (certain thickness as well) and the hubs.
Not really cool.
BUT THE LEAST TROUBLE AND CLEANEST SOLUTION :
Buy some new aftermarket 15x8 rims with 4" - 3.75" back spacing (your originals have 5", maybe 5.5"!)
The good polished alloy GT wheels are around AED350 each ...
The nice looking (black/silver) Ballistic Rims (even WM uses them on their Tornado 3 kit) in 15x8 cost AED415 each at ICON !

Re: 1" Wheel Spacers wanted for 2000 TJ
Thanks, I was going to order Spidertrax.
My issue is that since I lifted the car (2") and fitted the BFG 31" tyres, they are rubbing on the front on full wheel lock, would the rims you have mentioned get rid of this problem with the different back spacing? This would then save me having to get the spacers and probably fender flares.

The rims I have mentioned will let your tire stick out past your fender flares about 1"! (like the spacers)
So, (just) for the road test you need 6" fender flares which will give you legal full coverage. Most TJs here run with the tires sticking out.
AEV used to sell bushwhackers 6" for AED 1500.
The rubbing problems with 31x10.5 on stock rims under full steering lock will completely disappear!
BUT : IF IT IS ONLY the rubbing you are concerned about and you don't want/need the wider stance:
it is super easy and cheap to get rid of that: On your front C-knuckles (somewhere front or back lower part) there is a steering stop adjustment screw. Just put the minimum needed amount of washers under the screws (right and left) and tighten them close again

Yes, with different rims you can compensate the spacers.
For example the original rims have 5” backspace + 1” spacer = 4” backspace (measurement)
Aftermarket rims with 4” backspace are without spacer exactly at the same position as the original with 5” backspace + 1” spacer
Do you rub inside the chassis or outside at the fenders ?
