I think that you should sell me the engine and sell them the car with the old engine within their budget !!

or you can buy both, and do the swap of engine, and then install the stroker+noos in yours, and sell the XJ back to normal... this is a good idea. Let me know when you have the cash!

I already have 4 cars and having a 5th one is a big NO NO even if it is only on temparary bases!
