yes but it's US specification not gulf.
The D35 rear axle is not tooo bad and should be perfectly fine with those tires !!!
(with > 32" and super aggressive mud terrains I would start thinking)
A GCC spec visco clutch fan is not that expensive either !

Vikings old TJ was US spec and he was perfectly happy with it (31" cooper STTs on 15x10 rims!)
